Community service is a fundamental element of the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi (Three Pillars of Higher Education), which emphasizes the active role of students in addressing real issues in the community. One concrete form of this service is realized through the social activities of the STAI Haji Agus Salim Cikarang student fieldwork program (KKN) carried out in Sukalaksana Village, Sukakarya District, Bekasi Regency. The activity took the form of mass circumcision and free medical treatment centered at the Sukalaksana Village Office, with the aim of helping the community obtain basic health services free of charge, especially for children from underprivileged families and residents in need. In Islam, circumcision (sunat) is part of human nature and a sign of obedience to Allah SWT, which serves to maintain purity and cleanliness, as well as being an identity of Muslims since the time of Prophet Ibrahim. From a medical perspective, circumcision has significant benefits, including maintaining genital hygiene, preventing urinary tract infections, reducing the risk of sexually transmitted diseases such as HIV and HPV, and preventing other medical disorders. The uniqueness of this activity lies in the strategic synergy between KKN students, the community of Sukalaksana Village, and BAZNAS Dewan Dakwah Islam Indonesia (DDII) as institutional partners. BAZNAS DDII plays a role in providing professional medical personnel, logistical equipment, and operational funding support, while students act as field implementers, technical coordinators, and liaisons between the community and partners. This collaboration not only strengthens the social impact of the activity but also serves as a concrete example of partnership practices between higher education institutions and religious institutions in improving the welfare of rural communities. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with field observation methods, interviews with stakeholders, and activity documentation. The results of the analysis show that these mass circumcision and free medical treatment activities provide broad benefits, both from a medical, educational, and social perspective. The implications of these activities show that the success of community service programs is greatly influenced by the strength of collaboration between elements, active community participation, and student sensitivity in responding to local needs.
