EVALUASI PROGRAM BEKASI MANDIRI BAZNAS KABUPATEN BEKASI DALAM KEGIATAN PEMBERIAN BANTUAN GEROBAK KEPADA PELAKU UMKM

Abstract

The problem with this research is the mismatch between the objectives and the activities carried out by BAZNAS Bekasi Regency. As explained by the chairman of the Bekasi Regency Baznas above, the aim of the Bekasi Mandiri program is mustahik to muazakki (M2M) so that mustahik can improve their status to become muzakki. Meanwhile, the activity carried out was providing cart assistance to MSMEs. So it is necessary to evaluate the Bekasi Mandiri program regarding its objectives and activities.

The aim of this research is to emphasize that the goals to be achieved by Baznas Bekasi Regency through the Bekasi Mandiri program are in accordance with Islamic provisions regarding the distribution of zakat.

The benefit of this research is that it provides confidence and comfort for Bekasi Regency Baznas administrators in carrying out the Bekasi Mandiri program. And also for people in need.

This research design is descriptive qualitative, because it provides a clear picture of the evaluation of the Bekasi Mandiri program in Bekasi Regency. The data obtained comes from primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews with the chairman or administrators of BAZNAS Bekasi Regency, and documentation. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained through literature reviews, books, journals, papers and others. The location of the activity was at Baznas Bekasi Regency. The object of the research is the activity of providing cart assistance to UMKM through the Bekasi Mandiri program.

This research provides an explanation that the activity of providing cart assistance to UMKM is not in accordance with sharia provisions. However, technically in the field it is in accordance with sharia provisions. In other words, there is an error or inaccuracy in the editorial title of the activity.
