Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas VII Melalui Pendekatan Pembelajaran Active Learning Di MTs Negeri 3 Bekasi Pada Mata Pelajaran Fiqih

Abstract

This research aims to explore increasing student learning motivation in fiqh subjects through the use of active learning methods. The research was carried out at MTs Negeri 3 Bekasi from February to March 2024, using the classroom action research (PTK) method which consists of four stages: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research results show that the application of active learning methods can increase students' learning motivation. Before the action was taken, the average questionnaire score was 67%, while the success criteria were set at >75%. After implementing the active learning method in cycle I, there was an increase to 70%, up 3%, but had not yet reached the success criteria. In cycle II, there was an increase reaching 86%, or an increase of 16%. Thus, the conclusion of this research is that the use of active learning-based learning can increase students' learning motivation in fiqh subjects in class VII MTs Negeri 3 Bekasi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran fikih melalui penggunaan metode active learning. Penelitian dilaksanakan di MTs Negeri 3 Bekasi dari bulan Februari hingga Maret 2024, menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari empat tahapan: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode active learning dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Sebelum tindakan dilakukan, nilai rata-rata angket sebesar 67%, sedangkan kriteria keberhasilan ditetapkan >75%. Setelah penerapan metode active learning pada siklus I, terjadi peningkatan menjadi 70%, naik 3%, namun belum mencapai kriteria keberhasilan. Pada siklus II, terjadi peningkatan mencapai 86%, atau naik 16%. Dengan demikian, kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penggunaan pembelajaran berbasis active learning dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran fikih di kelas VII MTs Negeri 3 Bekasi.
