Abstract

Community Service (KKN) is a form of student service to the community that aims to provide real contributions to village development. This study discusses the role of KKN STAI HAS in increasing added value in Hegarmukti Village in 2025. This KKN program focuses on community empowerment through various activities, such as skills training, strengthening the economy based on MSMEs, and increasing awareness of education and religion with the theme "The Role of KKN STAIHAS in Increasing Added Value in Hegarmukti Village" The research method used is a Participatory approach with observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of the study show that the KKN program plays a role in improving community skills, opening up new business opportunities, and strengthening local product marketing networks. In addition, the synergy between students and the community has a positive impact on social and economic development in the village. With this program, it is hoped that sustainable added value can continue to be developed through collaboration between academics, village government, and the community. The presence of students was greeted enthusiastically by residents around Hegarmukti Village, and our KKN role can also increase added value in Hegarmukti Village. Our role in increasing added value in Hegarmukti Village in the exercise program is as a role model motivator and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, then our role in increasing added value in Hegarmukti Village in the Community Reading Park (TBM) program is as a teacher, educator and inspirator in building a culture of literacy, our role in increasing added value in Hegarmukti Village in the TPQ teaching program is as a teacher and inspiratory in Religious Education, then our role in increasing added value in Hegarmukti Village in the Majlis Taklim Ibu-ibu program is as a motivator and role model for religious life, then also our role in increasing added value in Hegarmukti Village in the UMKM Tahu Entrepreneur Visit program is as a facilitator of business access and sociopreneur motivator, our role in increasing added value in Hegarmukti Village in the gardening program is also as empowerment and role model in agricultural practices, then our role in increasing added value in Hegarmukti Village in the dishwashing soap workshop program is as a business facilitator as well as a sociopreneur, then our role in increasing added value in Hegarmukti Village in the garbage sign making program is as an educator and role model in maintaining environmental cleanliness. then our role in increasing added value in Hegarmukti Village in the road sign making program is as education and empowerment of Village governance, then finally our role in increasing added value in Hegarmukti Village in the Al-Qur'an Waqf program is as a motivator and inspirator in sharing Religious Knowledge
