Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Bimbingan Calon Pengantin oleh KUA Kecamatan Landasan Ulin

Abstrak

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Marriage Guidance (BIMWIN) implementation at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) in Landasan Ulin Subdistrict, Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data obtained from literature study, regulation analysis, field observation, and interviews with KUA officials. The findings show that while BIMWIN has provided positive impacts, such as increasing the understanding of marital rights and obligations, conflict resolution, and reproductive health, its implementation remains suboptimal. Limiting factors include lack of funding, inadequate facilities, short duration, and low participant discipline. Therefore, policy reinforcement, dedicated funding, improved facilities, and methodological innovations, including digitalization, are required to achieve the ultimate goal of building harmonious families (sakinah, mawaddah, and rahmah).
