Musyarokah: Jurnal Hukum dan Ekonomi Islam

Musyarokah: Jurnal Hukum dan Ekonomi Islam is a scholarly journal focusing on Islamic Law and Islamic Economics. This scientific journal is published biannually in January and July by STAIHAS Publishing House and is managed by the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) of STAI Haji Agus Salim Cikarang Bekasi.The journal features scientific articles, research papers, community-based research, undergraduate theses, and graduate theses discussing issues related to Islamic law, Islamic economics, and Islamic thought. Its scope includes studies on Islamic legal thought, Islamic economics, legal development, Nusantara Islamic law, and Islamic law and gender. The journal is bilingual, accepting manuscripts in both Indonesian and English. It welcomes contributions from scholars and experts with a focus on Islamic education and religion in universities, colleges, schools, madrasahs, and/or pesantrens within the Indonesian context. The aim of Musyarokah Journal is to offer readers a deeper understanding of the dynamics of law and economics within the framework of Islamic teachings in Indonesia, while also showcasing its development through the publication of scientific articles, research reports, and book reviews. We invite scientists, scholars, researchers, and practitioners in the field of Islamic law in Indonesia to submit their original, research-based articles. Submitted manuscripts must be unpublished, not under review elsewhere, and adhere to the journal's formatting and length guidelines. Articles not complying with these standards will be rejected without review. All submitted manuscripts will undergo peer-review by selected experts in the relevant field. Authors are fully responsible for the content of their published articles. Musyarokah Journal is currently in the process of being indexed in Crossref, Garuda, Moraref, Google Scholar, Indonesia One Search, Morabase, and Dimensions.
