Perselingkuhan sering kali diiringi oleh tindakan mempublikasikan aib pasangan di media sosial, yang berdampak negatif pada kesehatan mental, relasi interpersonal, dan keharmonisan rumah tangga. Dari sudut pandang psikologi, tindakan ini mencerminkan pelampiasan emosi yang tidak terkontrol, sering kali menyebabkan trauma, depresi, atau isolasi sosial bagi korban maupun pelaku. Dalam perspektif hukum Islam, tindakan membuka aib di media sosial melanggar prinsip menjaga kehormatan (hifzh al-‘ird), sebagaimana ditekankan dalam Al-Qur'an dan hadis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif normatif untuk menganalisis dampak fenomena ini melalui perspektif psikologi dan hukum Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pentingnya literasi digital berbasis etika Islam dan pengelolaan konflik personal yang lebih etis sebagai langkah preventif. Rekomendasi praktis disampaikan untuk membantu masyarakat menjaga keharmonisan dan etika dalam menyelesaikan konflik, khususnya dalam konteks rumah tangga.

The phenomenon of infidelity that is increasingly prevalent in the digital era has brought multidimensional implications, both psychologically, socially, and religiously. Infidelity is often accompanied by the act of publicizing the disgrace of the couple on social media, which has a negative impact on mental health, interpersonal relationships, and domestic harmony. From a psychological point of view, this act reflects an uncontrolled venting of emotions, often causing trauma, depression, or social isolation for both the victim and the perpetrator. From the perspective of Islamic law, the act of exposing disgrace on social media violates the principle of maintaining honor (hifzh al-'ird), as emphasized in the Qur'an and hadith. This study uses a normative qualitative approach to analyze the impact of this phenomenon through the perspective of psychology and Islamic law. The results of the study show the importance of digital literacy based on Islamic ethics and more ethical management of personal conflicts as a preventive measure. Practical recommendations are presented to help the community maintain harmony and ethics in resolving conflicts, especially in the context of households.
