Especially in muamalah, Islam upholds the importance of justice. All trading exchanges must be carried out in accordance with Islamic regulations. In Islamic law, trading by measuring is permitted as long as the measuring instruments used do not conflict with Islamic law and are accurate. Pertalite is one of the items that requires measuring instruments. Satisfying the right amount is one type of equity in muamalah, if the goods exchanged do not match the actual price, then there will be parties who feel disadvantaged, so that the buyer becomes disadvantaged regarding the goods. In the research there are two problems that will be discussed. 1) How do people buy and sell Pertalite retail bottles in Karangraharja Village, District. North Cikarang? 2) What is the view of Islamic law regarding the act of trading Pertalite retail bottles in Karangraharja Village, District. North Cikarang.
This research is subjective, the information in this exploration is obtained from important information and additional information. The information gathering methods used are perception, meetings and documentation.
The practice of retail buying and selling liter bottles of Pertalite in Karangraharja Village, North Cikarang District, Bekasi Regency, is the subject of this research. To measure each one liter bottle of gasoline, sellers use visible estimation methods, while traders estimate using inaccurate measuring tools. Viewed from an Islamic law perspective, the act of retail buying and selling Pertalite bottles in Karangraharja Village does contain elements of gharar, but seen from the need to use more merchandise than madharatan. So the act of trading retail liter bottles of Pertalite in Karangraharja Village is permitted based on Islamic regulations.
